Hr Business Partner with the main goal to partner with Business Leaders in supporting them with strategic business objectives, the HRBP advises and coaches leaders in all elements of HR management, including identifying current and future people implications;
Organization supporting the management at different levels in designing the organization consistently with business strategies, assessing the needs, defining the design, setting up a clear change plan and overseeing the changes implementation.
